Orders must be paid in full before being processed. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless approved by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected misuse of our website.
All content on this website, including images, text, and artwork, is the intellectual property of C Studio and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

C Studio physical products are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and sold-out items may not be restocked.
We aim to represent products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of photography, printing, and handmade processes, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered faults.
Review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We ship Australia-wide using tracked postal or courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, size, and weight.
International shipping is available to selected destinations. Delivery times vary, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside our control. C Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, and to have the product replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
A major fault includes issues such as:
Significant damage in transit (e.g. crushed spine, torn or water-damaged pages)
Printing defects that affect readability
The incorrect book is being supplied
Minor faults include small cosmetic issues that do not affect the readability or intended use of the book, such as light corner wear or minor surface marks.
For minor faults, C Studio reserves the right to offer:
A replacement copy, or
A partial refund
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, including incorrect selection. This includes art prints, books, limited editions, and sale items.
